Log into your Capture CVS account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until we notify you that your refund has been processed.
